दिल्ली की एक कोर्ट ने जाने माने बॉलीवुड सिंगर यो यो हनी सिंह को नोटिस जारी किया। ये नोटिस उनकी पत्नी शालिनी तलवार के नए आवेदन पर जारी किया गया। शालिनी ने अपने आवेदन में यूएई में हनी सिंह या उनकी कंपनियों के स्वामित्व वाली अचल और चल संपत्ति पर तीसरे पक्ष के अधिकार बनाने से रोकने की मांग की।
इस पर कोर्ट ने यो यो हनी सिंह को संयुक्त अरब अमीरात (यूएई) में उनके या उनकी कंपनियों के स्वामित्व वाली अचल और चल संपत्ति पर तीसरे पक्ष का अधिकार बनाने पर रोक लगा दी। हनी सिंह की पत्नी के वकील ने कहा कि मेट्रोपॉलिटन मजिस्ट्रेट तानिया सिंह ने सिंह को अपनी उन कंपनियों के दस्तावेज भी दाखिल करने का निर्देश दिया जो विदेश में पंजीकृत हैं।

सिंह की पत्नी शालिनी तलवार ने उनके खिलाफ घरेलू हिंसा का मामला दर्ज कराया है। कोर्ट ने यह निर्देश शालिनी तलवार की एक याचिका पर दिया। याचिका में उन्होंने आरोप लगाया है कि उनके पति दुबई में तीसरे पक्ष का अधिकार बनाने और कुछ संपत्तियों का निपटारा करने की प्रक्रिया में हैं। शालिनी तलवार का प्रतिनिधित्व वकील संदीप कपूर, अपूर्व पांडे और जीजी कश्यप ने किया।
उन्होंने कोर्ट को बताया कि सिंह का दुबई में 333।73 वर्ग मीटर का एक महंगा मकान है जिसे सिंह विदेश में स्थापित अपनी एक कंपनी के माध्यम से उनके लिए (शालिनी) के लिए खरीदा था। इस मामले में अगली सुनवाई 17 सितंबर को होगी। यो यो हनी सिंह के नाम से मशहूर हिरदेश सिंह और तलवार ने 23 जनवरी, 2011 को शादी की थी।
